The following 6 points should be paid attention to during the running-in period of the loader:
1. Operators should receive training and guidance from manufacturers or specialized agencies, and have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the loader. Before operating the machine, they must read the "Product Operation and Maintenance Manual" and perform operation and maintenance as required.
2. During the running-in period, the working load should generally not exceed 60% of the rated load to prevent the machine from overheating due to long-term continuous operation.
3. Frequently observe the instructions of each instrument, and stop the machine in time to eliminate any abnormalities, and stop the operation before the malfunction is eliminated.
4. Frequently check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel, and pay attention to checking the airtightness of the whole machine. During the running-in period, the lubrication of each lubrication point should be strengthened, and grease should be added to the lubrication point every shift (except for special requirements).
5. Keep the machine clean and fasten loose parts in time to prevent aggravated wear or loss of parts due to looseness.
6. At the end of the running-in period, compulsory maintenance of the machine should be carried out, inspection and adjustment should be done, and attention should be paid to the replacement of oil.
