1. Boom the throttle as soon as it starts

When the loader engine is just started, the temperature of the fuselage is low, the oil viscosity is high, and the fluidity is poor, and the oil cannot flow smoothly to the lubrication points in a short time. If the throttle is slammed at this time, it will cause the engine speed to increase instantaneously. Although the oil supply and pressure of the oil pump will also increase, it cannot meet the requirements of the lubricating oil quantity and oil pressure of each sports pair instantly, and the sports pair cannot establish a very high speed. A good lubricating oil film produces instant dry friction, leading to severe wear. The lubrication of each sports pair is poor, and the running resistance will increase. If the throttle is slammed, the piston, connecting rod, and crankshaft will have a violent impact, which will accelerate the damage of the mechanical parts. In addition, for diesel engines equipped with turbochargers, it is easy to damage the oil seal due to poor lubrication, leading to turbocharger failure and reducing diesel engine power. Therefore, after the loader is started, it should run smoothly at a low speed (approximately 500-700 r/min), and it is strictly forbidden to hit the throttle.

2. Directly add cooling water during operation

Insufficient cooling water will cause the diesel engine to run out of water and overheat. When the diesel engine is directly supplemented with cooling water under high temperature conditions, the entire cooling system will instantaneously produce a large temperature difference, causing the cylinder head, cylinder liner, cylinder block, etc. to instantaneously crack, produce micro cracks, and gradually leak the cooling water, resulting in oil and air leakage. Therefore, when the temperature of the diesel engine is too high, it should be operated at a slightly higher speed without load. When the water temperature drops to about 50°C, turn off the engine, loosen the radiator cover, discharge water vapor, and slowly inject cooling water.
